The main materials for the ANSI American standard double flange metal hard seal butterfly valve with triple eccentricity are stainless steel and carbon steel. The three eccentric butterfly valve structure adopts a metal hard sealed valve seat, and the main working mode is worm gear. The butterfly valve is designed and manufactured according to the current American standard API609.

The double flange metal sealed American standard butterfly valve product adopts a three-dimensional eccentric inclined cone valve seat, and the butterfly plate seal adopts a new type of metal sheet inlay, which can better match the valve seat. Adopting butterfly plate rotary compression sealing, the sealing surface has low frictional resistance. When it closes, it becomes increasingly tight. When opened, the seal is completely out of contact to ensure that the sealing surface is not damaged.
