Product identity
LTD371F46 is a FEP (F46)-lined lug butterfly valve operated by a manual worm gearbox. The disc rotates to open or close the passage. “Lug” is the connection term; “convex ear” is not used as a separate valve type.
Connection, lining and operation
Check lug-hole details, mating flanges, fasteners and disc clearance against the approved drawing. A lug body does not, by itself, establish suitability for severe pipe vibration or unsupported pipe loads. Support and alignment remain piping-design requirements.
This product uses FEP (F46) lining. PTFE and PFA are different materials. Specify the metal body grade separately and state any alternative lining in the enquiry so the supplied materials can be identified by component.
Service checks
Provide chemical concentration, temperature, operating pressure, solids and any vacuum duty to select the lining and seals. Match gearbox output to valve torque. For end-of-line service or bidirectional shutoff, specify the closing differential pressure in each direction and request the corresponding service limits.
Purchasing questions
Does a lug connection guarantee end-of-line isolation? No. The particular valve, flange arrangement and allowable differential pressure must support that duty.
Is this an electrically operated valve? The current configuration is worm-gear manual operation; automation requires a separately confirmed assembly.
What should I send for selection?Provide fluid and concentration, size and flange details, operating conditions, isolation duty and installation constraints, and request the lining and dimensional documents.

Lining terminology reference
- Chemours fluoropolymer product families — Lists FEP, PFA and PTFE as distinct material families.
Material-family information is not a complete-valve rating or confirmation of an unlisted order option.
Body material
WCB carbon steel is available as a body option. Specify the metal body separately from the FEP (F46) lining.
