Manual three-way flange ball valve - with platform bracket available in T-shaped and L-shaped. T-type can connect three orthogonal pipes and block the third channel, playing a role in diversion and merging. L-type can only connect two mutually orthogonal pipes and cannot simultaneously maintain the interconnection of a third pipe. It only serves the purpose of allocation. The three-way ball valve adopts an integrated structure in terms of structure. Four sided valve seat sealing type, with few flange connections and high reliability.

The three-way ball core is divided into T-shaped and L-shaped, with long service life and high flow capacity. The resistance ball valve is divided into single acting and double acting types according to the type of action. The characteristic of single acting type is that once the power supply fails, the ball valve will be in the temperature and pressure limit state required by the control system. The nameplate indicates the maximum allowable working pressure of the ball valve at the highest and lowest operating temperatures.

01 How to choose a ball valve manufacturer?
The manufacturing standards, material traceability, pressure and sealing test scope, quality documents, project applicability and after-sales response should all be verified. During the quotation process, the medium, pressure, temperature, diameter, connection, material, driving method and acceptance criteria should be provided, and the supplier should be requested to confirm the deviations in writing.
02 How should PTFE valve seats and metal valve seats be selected?
PTFE and other soft valve seats have lower friction, and are usually used in conditions where better cutting performance is required and the temperature, pressure difference and medium compatibility are acceptable; metal valve seats are more suitable for high-temperature, particle-containing, erosion-prone or fire-resistant applications. The final choice should be based on the temperature and pressure range of the valve seat material, medium compatibility, leakage level and operating torque, rather than simply judging by the material name.
